Callisto Integration, a Schneider Electric Wonderware Endorsed partner, and Everdyn, a Schneider Electric Wonderware Certified partner, are teaming together to bring a new level of MES implementations to the French market. Callisto has almost 30 years of experience in the deployment of large-scale, multi-site Manufacturing Execution Systems and is a leading developer of “Model-Driven MES” solutions which provide unprecedented flexibility and reduced TCO to global manufacturers. Everdyn is known for their deep technical expertise and R&D capabilities, and has been operating in the French market since their founding over a dozen years ago. The two companies will work together to deliver manufacturing operations solutions to customers in France.
Under their teaming arrangement, Callisto will make its suite of highly-configurable MES and manufacturing operations solutions available to Everdyn, with Everdyn providing local configuration, deployment, and front-line support services. Callisto will provide advanced solution support as well as on-going solution enhancements.
Callisto’s and Everdyn’s first joint effort is focused on Callisto’s Energy Monitoring Solution (EMS). Built on Schneider Electric Software’s Wonderware suite of products, EMS gives manufacturers a cost-effective approach to tracking and recording energy point-of-use data, without the need for expensive meters. Track the importation, production and consumption of energy throughout your plant to better understand your usage patterns and identify waste and opportunities for cost savings. With EMS Advanced Edition (Wonderware MES required) you can track your energy density and determine per product unit energy costs. Existing Wonderware software users can leverage their existing investment in Wonderware’s System Platform and Wonderware MES, further reducing the cost of EMS.
